Sara's Wholesome Muffin mixes are produced by J Kahan Ltd. of Kiryat Yam, just north of Haifa. Here are a few pictures taken on the day of the first production run. |

The simple looking bag is a high-tech laminate of paper, polyethylene and aluminum. Each bag is flushed with nitrogen to keep it fresh until it's opened. |
